NPC, Niger State: fail to pay me for the job done as promised.

The National Population Commission in collaboration with UNICEF Niger State chapter fail to pay me full as they promised for working as a ad-hoc staff.

I work for National population Commission in Niger State as a ad-hoc staff on issuing birthday certificate to children from 17 years down and promised to pay per child registered  which I work tirelessly in doing that but towards the end of it they fail to pay me as they promise and as I complain to the state director as a poor man pleading for the remaining part of my payment he told me there is nothing he can do.

Wondering the right of average poor man in this country upon president Buhari’s fight on corruption. Is there justice?
